Dr. Anna Loutfi (Barrister, Partner)

Called to the bar in 2019, Anna has a practice in employment, equalities and human rights law and specialises in freedom of expression cases, particularly in the higher education sector. A keen advocate of diversity at the bar, Anna believes reforms in legal education are key to building a profession that is more representative of society.

Anna speaks German and Hungarian, and is Public Access Accredited.

Gordon Davies (Solicitor, Partner)

Gordon was an Industrialist for 30 years before retraining to become a lawyer. With that work-based empathy he brings a wealth of real-world experience about how to give expert advice on what does and does not work when busy people are short of both time and resources.
His expertise includes many years of navigating the court system avoiding the traps and pitfalls of the judicial process. Although now primarily focusing on criminal law, he has a deep practical knowledge of Judicial Review, Landlord and Tenant, Injunctive Relief, Employment Restrictive Covenants and Defamation.

Our Charging Rates:

Initial Consultation for 30 minutes is usually free. We are happy to make conference calls over Zoom or Teams

Thereafter for Anna £320/hour, Gordon £240/hour.

We are also able to advise on No Win No Fee; Cost Capping Orders; The Fixed Recoverable Cost Scheme and After the Event insurance.
